As a seller you are:​

• To list accounts or services in great detail and not deceive buyers.
• To show the buyer proof of ownership
• To allow the buyer to use Envy as the middleman on trades if you're a new seller.
• To abide by the rules of Envy found at https://www.envy.chat/help/terms/

As a buyer you are:​

• Encouraged to find out more information on what you're buying
• Have evidence that the item you're buying actually exists and belongs to the seller
• To take caution in buying items. If something sounds too good to be true it most likely is.
• Encouraged to contact us to act as a middleman without any fee.
• To abide by the rules of Envy found at https://www.envy.chat/help/terms/

It is our top priority that members who use our website have a risk free transaction. Envy do not take part in any of the transaction process unless the buyer opts for us to step in as a middleman. Safety is key here and will not have a marketplace roamed by scammers.

If you've been scammed​

• Unfortunately it is beyond our control if you've been scammed. We advise that you use PayPal for your chosen method of payment, and never friends and family unless you fully trust the seller. If you're a victim of a scam we advise you to contact your financial institution and report it as such.

If you've been caught scamming​

You will be indefinitely suspended from the Envy Marketplace and any other services accessible on this website such as forums, media, downloads, blogs clubs, groups. This suspension will not be eligible for appeal. We have a zero tolerance policy for scammers.
