We aim to respond to all messages received within 48 hours.

If your issue is urgent, please include “Urgent” in the subject of your email

You can contact us about any concern. However, if your concern relates to abuse of our services please report all evidence to the email below. Types of things that can be reported are

• Harassment towards you, or to someone else you’ve seen it happen to
• Racism, hate speech, discrimination or any derogatory remarks on sensitive topics or in general that is likely to cause distress
• Offering illegal services, or attempting to scam you, or someone else you know on Envy, or you’re reporting on behalf of someone you know.
• If you’re a parent of a member who uses this website and is being targeted by other members or guest visitors. All IP addresses are logged. Any illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement
